Elina Weber, head of the programme Green People’s Energy (GBE), and Caspar Priesemann, Responsible of the Small Projects Fund (KPF) appeared in the Podcast “Wishes Granted” to talk about GBE and the experiences already collected since the beginning of this programme.
The programme’s goal is to contribute to universal energy access in rural Sub-Saharan Africa until 2030. The hard task is to bridge the gap between funding available and projects intended to be implemented. Therefore, a great coordination and organisation is needed. “GBE is here in the middle point” says Caspar.
GBE’s KPF focuses on non-profit organisaitions in Sub-Saharan Africa and recently received its 100th application.
